SAFE is proud to announce its issue in the CBNW Journal of January 2022, featuring an interview to the President Andrea D’Angelo.
SAFE has been working in the field of CBRN since its creation, and it further strengthened its competences by joining the Italian CBRN-P3 CLUSTER in 2019.
Thanks to this participation, SAFE has been able to coordinate project initiatives with civil and military first responders, as well as technical experts from civil society organizations and academia from several countries of the world.
So far SAFE has coordinated over ten national and international CBRN projects, such as RESIST, TRANSTUN, EU CoE P73 Lebanon, and also projects in the field of Virtual Reality (VR) applied to CBRN (VERTIgO and NATO STO 354).
Furthermore, SAFE invested in the set-up of its own training&testing facility, creating a unique environment in the ex-base Monte Calvarina (Roncà, Verona – Italy).
These significant results highlight the interest generated by SAFE’s CBRN projects at an international level, further solidifying the Foundation’s impact in supporting enhanced resilience.
