The RESIST real-life exercise has just been completed at ENEA Research Centre Casaccia in Rome, Italy.
This is RESIST project’s first real-life training exercise that involved the operators and personnel of ENEA Research Center Casaccia, a research, development and application centre of innovative technologies related to the nuclear field.
This real-life exercise aimed at improving operators and incident commanders’ competences in case of a CBRN event – in this specific case, a potential nuclear emergency.
The highly realistic exercise was organized at the same facility where operators work, as to create more authentic challenges.
Next real-life exercise is scheduled for January 2022: follow us on our official Twitter page to learn more!
