Today, the RESIST project was presented by consortium leading partner SAFE – in the figure of the president, Mr. Andrea D’Angelo – during the community of users’ workshop of DG home.
RESIST, which focuses on standardizing CBRN training for public and private operators of Critical Infrastructures with the goal of creating the first 10 CBRN intervention groups, was selected by the European Commission due to its relevance with the workshop focus, standardization, and for the outstanding results produced thus far.
In line with the above, and for how tragic it is, today’s blasts at the port of Ancona have brought once again to everyone’s attention the importance of developing and testing standardized procedures for increased preparedness and response.
SAFE is incredibly proud of having presented project results before such a stimulating audience, let alone to have learned more about other ongoing EU-funded projects.
