The DG Migration and Home Affairs (DG HOME) has recently disseminated the CBRN Newsletter, the publication is issued by the Unit D.2 Counter-Terrorism. The aim of the newsletter is to inform and provide the latest news, trends, and innovation in the area of CBRN.
Project RESIST has been included in Edition 4 of the CBRN newsletter, published on the 4th of November. The Newsletter has dedicated two pages to RESIST, the first page provides an overview of the project and focuses on the objectives and main activities that the project is and will undertake.
A specific focus was given also to the Pilot Training and Simulation that took place at the Joint Defence NBC School of Rieti (Italy) in September and targeted 18 participants from Rete Ferroviaria Italiana and Trenitalia with the goal of testing the operational guidelines produced under WP3 and familiarizing CIs personnel with PPE and relevant procedures.
Together with the focus on RESIST Project, the November newsletter includes a focus on:
- CBRN Advisory Group Meeting
- Joint Action TERROR
- Labplus Africa (Project 85)
- ISF National Programmes
We are very proud to see RESIST Project included in the CBRN newsletter of the Unit D.2 Counter-Terrorism of DG Home.
