The event was set in the wonderful frame of Soave, one of the operative offices of SAFE, specialized in technical and strategic support for implementation of projects funded by the major donors in the sectors of security and home affairs.

The main purpose in the two-days meeting was to share the projects currently in progress with the objective of creating shared solutions and making the project managers interaction easier.

During the event, upcoming activities have been planned, 2019 objectives were defined with a focus on H2020 security innovation proposals, CBRN CoE projects and security and stabilization projects in the Middle East. In addition, priority areas in which SAFE funding could be directed have been pre-selected, for discussion at the next Board of Directors.

The team building ended with a tour of the main places of interest of the city of Soave, and with a tasting of typical products at local firms.
