The Interagency Coordination Training has kicked off this week in Lebanon in the framework of the EU Technical Assistance on CBRN Risk Mitigation Project.

The Interagency coordination training, which will last for 6 weeks, foresees the implementation of 5 CBRN incidents scenarios and the response from the different agencies involved in the coordination of the emergency.

All first responders and agencies involved in case of CBRN incidents are participating in the training among which the Lebanese Armed Forces, Civil Defence, Internal Security Forces, Beirut Fire Fighters, Governmental Guard and the Lebanese Red Cross.
