We are proud to welcome Association HESAR, partner of the University of Rome Tor Vergata’s Master CBRNe, as Member Participating to Special Projects in the frame of the cooperation between HESAR and SAFE on the EU-funded project “EU technical assistance on CBRN risk reduction in Lebanon – ENI 2014 25-057 SER 01″.  

HESAR promotes multidisciplinary research devoted to increase the environmental protection and public safety and security, to improve citizens’ quality of life, safety of workplaces and the ecological system. 

HESAR is officially listed as a member of the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC) Coalition and of the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW).

Its active engagement in the enhancement of resilience against CBRNe risks is demonstrated also by its active role in the organisation of high level events such as the 2017 1st International Conference on CBRNe and the 2016 3rd International CBRNe Workshop.
