Team consolidation;
purchase of a new headquarters;
launch of HEAT courses dedicated to RAI journalists;

regularuse of Calvarina as a training and testing facility;

2022

Start of large research projects on technologies for law enforcement;
signed three-years framework agreement with Italian Defence General Staff for innovation and training projects.

2021

SAFE became a Foundation, gained recognition as a public interest institution;
took management of the ex-military base “Monte Calvarina” and joined European Security and Defence College (ESDC);
over 20 projects under implementation.

2020

Expanded team and renovated headquarters;
launched over 10 new projects in the areas of fight against crime and stabilization.
